Finally NATO agree to enforce no fly-zone in Libya.In Brussels NATO secretary General declare it on Thursday.On opposite US secretary of state Hilary Clinton said the United States was working towards handing over the increasing responsibility to NATO in the international military action in Libya and taking a supporting role in operation.
